Norman the Iggy – Italian Greyhound running in Purbeck Dog Park
Norman the Italian Greyhound is our latest rescue dog and he is 5 years old and was used for breeding and does not appear to have been socialised with any other dogs as he is very nervous of all the other dogs he sees.
We got Norman from a dog rescue in Dorset after his breeder owner sold him to someone else who didn’t walk him for 5 months then gave him to the rescue so we are his forth home this year.
He has not had any lead training and cannot be let off lead in any unsecured fields.
This video shows Norman running in Purbeck Dog Park near Swanage and Corfe Castle and we can rent the field for £10 per hour and they are surrounded by tall fencing.

I had been playing around with in my spare time is Minecraft and I created a minecart railway which I only planned to take to 1000 blocks but it ended up at 20000 long and the cart takes around 40 minutes to complete the trip.

This is from an older stream of a 40,000 block railway made in Minecraft over the past couple of months. Only had a couple of glitches where i missed a segement of track on the loop or left a cart on the rails!

Incredible! Is this with OpenPNP? Can your machine do 0402s?
Its using my own software www.briandorey.com/post/pick-and-place-software-version-2-2-update I havent tried 0402 with it. I tried to get it working with OpenPNP but could not find drivers for the kflop motion controller we used.

Definitely not, the 1st gen have no cameras and is a lot more slower and have giant bezels

Unfortunately this did not work. A game opens on the monitor and not in the Quest 3

The cable isn’t even needed to use steam vr since it uses WiFi. I feel it’s just there to keep it charged.
You can do Oculus Link through a cable with no WiFI, I do it every night.

if you use Oculus Killer you can get rid of the oculus menus and go straight into SteamVR
if you buy a wifi 6 160mhz nic card which is 40 eur (the same as a usb c cable) you get the same performance without wires
Great! Now, is there any way to use the direct Steam Link app but with a USB cable rather than relying on wi-fi (thus negating the need for the Oculus app altogether)? Steam Link is certainly usable with wi-fi, but would get a real boost if it was wired!

Use the Steam Link app in the Quest 3 via USB cable - this would also make it possible to use such high resolutions as is possible with the cable-connected-Oculus-method. That would be cool if someone could figure it out....

I don't believe anyone has the answer to that. If you ever discover it, please comment here or at any of the oculus reddits because more people are looking for that answer.

I havent found any cons using it this way, it seems to run stable

@NaworHD I rather run on lower HZ and get less compression then having to deal with a lot of artifacting. Some people prefer a wired connection to a wireless one. How good wireless looks is also dependent on your area and router. If you have a lot of other wifi signals in your area it can interfere with the quality of the stream.
Did you use steam link before because whenever i try to open steam vr with a link cable it says awaiting wireless connection

Is it possible to replace epoxy with a glue gun adhesive?
That might have a melting temperature which is too low, the inductors get warm when in use.
